Description

Departure from the port in La Romana at 10:00 am and returning around 5:00 pm
Boats available: LOSE and HAPPY CATAMARANS (a luxury sailboat will be added to the competitive price for private sailing for Saona or Catalina Island for 20 people maximum)
About the island:

Catalina Island has one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. An earthly paradise for snorkeling and diving lovers. A scenic and exclusive place, unspoilt and uninhabited.Oasis.  If you have dreamed of a Caribbean paradise, you will find it here in Catalina Island!! The beach itself is a protected Natural Park where, of course, there are no constructions and it is completely sheltered from the wind, so the sea is always very calm.

Catalina Exclusive Tour starts in La Romana at 10:00 am until 5:00 pm approx.)

Navigation: The navigation to get to Catalina Island takes about 1 hour. Visitors are allowed in an area of the island, known as the VIP area.

Snorkeling: We will provide you with the necessary equipment to snorkel and head to the spectacular Wall. From the beach, a gentle slope leads to the impressive wall that descends to over 100 meters deep. The entire hillside from the beach to the wall is a real carpeted orchard with coral and wildlife, a platform of thousands of square meters, less than 3 meters deep on average, ideal for snorkeling at Catalina Beach.

There will be plenty of things to do for visitors as well who don’t want to be submerged in the water. Alternative options on Catalina Island includes visiting the colorful landscapes and rock formations of the island, such as the Cabeza de Morgan (a large rock formation tha looks like a face), white sand beaches and vegetation.

Pricing is based on the departure from the hunting and fishing Marina in Rio Salao. If the customer requires
departure from Casa de Campo Marina, $200 USD tax will apply.

GROUND TRANSPORTATION:
Private transportation from the hotel zone of Bavaro/Punta Cana to Marina Caza Pesca
